3. Product Accuracy & Representation

We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and liquid drape of our unstitched fabrics (including Giza Cotton, Wash & Wear, and China Boski) as accurately as possible.

  • However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or mobile screen's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

  • Slight variations in the shade of the fabric are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or any part of the collection) at any time without prior notice.

  • In the event that a fabric goes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you immediately via WhatsApp or email to offer a replacement or a full cancellation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Dayim, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. User Errors & Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Dayim is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping addresses or contact numbers provided by the customer at checkout.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
