Dayim Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Dayim, we believe that the luxury experience does not end at checkout. We are committed to ensuring that your premium unstitched fabrics reach you with the same precision and care with which they were crafted.
Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand our delivery process.
1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

The Dayim Packaging: Every order is meticulously inspected and securely packed in our signature Dayim Noir luxury box before being dispatched from our Lahore studio to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details immediately after placing your order.
2. Nationwide Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly offer shipping across all major cities and districts in Pakistan.

Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 Business Days.

Shipping Fee: Free Nationwide Shipping on all orders. (Update this if you plan to charge shipping for orders under a certain amount).

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may occasionally take an additional 1-2 business days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment
To provide a seamless shopping experience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.

Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the provided shipping address to receive the parcel and make the exact cash payment to the courier.

For bulk orders or high-value Boski collections, our customer concierge team may contact you via WhatsApp to verify the order prior to dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification via email and SMS/WhatsApp. This message will contain your Courier Tracking Number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's website.
5. International Shipping
Currently, the Dayim inaugural collection is exclusively available for delivery within Pakistan. For international corporate gifting or bulk inquiries, please reach out directly to our support team at partnerships@dayim.pk.
6. Modifications to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to reroute it.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While we partner with top-tier courier services, unforeseen delays due to weather, public holidays, or logistical issues can occasionally occur.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

If your Dayim Noir box arrives damaged or the seal is broken, please do not accept the parcel from the courier. Take a photograph of the damaged box and contact us immediately so we can dispatch a replacement.
